Workplace reviews and discussion: 達麗建設事業股份有限公司

I joined the company after interviewing in August. At first, I was worried that my coworkers might be difficult to get along with because of the reviews I saw online, but unexpectedly, everyone was very nice. The salary structure is also very clear and not vague or glossed over, and there seems to be a promotion system as well, which is great!

So far, I haven't noticed any major drawbacks. Maybe it's because I haven't been entrusted with too many significant responsibilities yet.
