Workplace reviews and discussion: 達麗建設事業股份有限公司

I joined the company after interviewing in August. At first, I was worried after reading the reviews online that my colleagues might be difficult to get along with. However, surprisingly, everyone is very nice. The salary system is also very clear and not vague or glossed over, and there is a more structured promotion system, which is quite good!

So far, I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks. Perhaps it’s because I haven’t taken on many significant responsibilities yet.
