Workplace reviews and discussion: 達麗建設事業股份有限公司

I joined the company after interviewing in August. At first, I was quite worried after reading the online reviews and wondered whether my colleagues would be difficult to get along with. Unexpectedly, everyone turned out to be very nice. The salary structure is also very clear and not glossed over ambiguously, and there is a fairly good promotion system as well!

So far, I haven't noticed any major shortcomings. Maybe it's because I haven't yet taken on too many significant responsibilities.
