Workplace reviews and discussion: 達麗建設事業股份有限公司

I joined the company after interviewing in August. At first, I was worried after reading the online reviews that my coworkers might be difficult to get along with, but unexpectedly, everyone is very nice. The salary structure is also very clear and not vague or glossed over, and there is a promotion system as well, which is quite good!

So far, I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks. Perhaps it’s because I haven’t been entrusted with too many major responsibilities yet.
