The colleagues are all fairly close in age, and the supervisor is also very willing to listen to the store staff’s thoughts. I was even comforted when I was feeling down before XD
If we meet our performance targets, we earn pretty well—more than the friends around me!
I work in women’s designer clothing, and I feel that the customers I interact with are all quite tasteful. I also need to pay more attention to fashion myself (so I can keep the conversation going).
The company’s performance is team-based. The atmosphere at work is much better than when I previously worked under an individual-performance system. There is also an individual commission, so overall it suits my personality better.
Business has been sluggish this year, so the year-end bonus was not as much as in previous years.
You have to be very careful and focused at work. My customers often ask about product details, so I can’t slack off…
