You can bring pets to work
That's it 🤷♀️
-Making empty promises
-Employees are stuck in their ways and unwilling to change
-The workflows are chaotic enough as it is, but they keep making them more complicated and refuse to accept new ideas or approaches
-A lot of manual work
-The atmosphere at work is very strange; people don't really interact with one another
-The head of a certain department is actually very authoritarian, but tries to appear very kind. They often use emotional manipulation, and frequently make themselves look very busy, though it's impossible to tell what they're actually busy with
-Communication between departments is extremely poor and inefficient
-HR is terrible; after leaving the company, they left my requests for salary statements on read and never responded
-Much of the work everyone is busy with is just busywork. What era are we living in that the company still doesn't use systems to handle tasks? There's so much manual work that it's mind-numbing 🙄
-The company isn't large, but the boss never seems to notice any problems
**I strongly advise everyone who has ability not to come near this place, or you'll only create trouble for yourself**
