1. Lunch boxes are provided (occasionally they're really bad).
1. The boss has a bad temper, swears when reprimanding people, and even makes personal attacks.
2. The boss treats people he likes extremely well, treating them to meals privately and even giving them extra year-end bonuses.
3. The factory environment is extremely poor. The floor is uneven and covered in engine oil, and I nearly slipped several times.
They neglect these basic matters and instead keep carrying out construction work, constantly banging and drilling here and there. Every day when I got home, I would wipe my face with a tissue, and the tissue would be black...
4. The turnover rate is extremely high!! As a result, hardly anyone hands over work, so new employees can only figure things out on their own. Then, if you don't do something well, the boss will yell at and curse you.
5. Office employees have to take turns coming in to work a full day on Saturdays.
6. The head of the production department is a Vietnamese mother whose husband and children are all in Vietnam. You might wonder why she never has to return to her hometown. Rumor has it that it's because she and the boss have....
