Other than being able to leave work on time, there are no other advantages.
The manager surnamed Lin in the Transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. I can't see what good qualities or exemplary behavior he himself has! He could be said to have a terrible reputation, but I don't know why the company doesn't deal with it. Clearly, they simply don't have time to teach others, yet they say that others don't learn! The senior engineer in the same group is the same—six of one and half a dozen of the other. As the saying goes, what kind of people you have determines what kind of people they lead! This company is not very friendly when it comes to salary adjustments for new employees. There are many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they keep saying how busy they are; in reality, they assign all the projects to newcomers. The salaries are so low it's damn frustrating! There are many people who rely on connections and do no work!! Really, so many, many, many! For reasons unknown, upper management would rather pay these people who do no work high salaries than raise the salary levels of new employees! Those who work seriously and have so many projects that it's damn overwhelming end up taking home less than 33,000 after deductions. In contrast, the salaries of those longtime employees who do no work are higher than one another! This feels like a company that needs to be thoroughly reorganized.
