The supervisor surnamed Lin in the Transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. I cannot see what he has done well or what kind of example he sets! It can be said that his reputation has spread far and wide, but I do not know why the company does not take action. Clearly, they themselves do not have time to teach others, yet they say that others do not learn! The senior engineer in the same group is the same—both are as bad as each other. As the saying goes, people lead the kind of people they are! This company is not very friendly toward salary adjustments for new employees. There are a great many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they keep saying how busy they are, while in reality they assign all the projects to newcomers. The pay is so low it is ridiculous! There are many people who get by on connections without doing any work!! Really, very, very many! For some unknown reason, upper management would rather give these people who do not work high salaries than raise the salary levels of new employees! Those who work seriously and have so many projects that, after deductions, they take home less than 33,000, are paid far less than the older employees who do not work—one earns more than the next! It feels like this is a company that needs to be thoroughly reorganized.
