The manager surnamed Lin in the transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. I cannot see what he has done well or what kind of example he sets! It could be said that his bad reputation has spread far and wide, but I do not know why the company does not take action. Clearly, they themselves do not have time to teach others, yet they say that others do not learn! The senior engineer in the same group is the same—six of one and half a dozen of the other. As the saying goes, what kind of people you have determines what kind of people they bring up! This company is not very friendly when it comes to salary adjustments for new employees. There are many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they claim to be extremely busy; in reality, they assign all the projects to newcomers. The pay is also ridiculously low! There are lots of people who do nothing because they rely on connections!! Really, lots and lots and lots of them! For reasons unknown, upper management would rather pay these idle people high salaries than improve the salary levels of new employees! Those who work seriously and have so many projects that, after deductions, they take home less than 33,000, while the salaries of those longtime employees who do nothing are higher than each other’s! It feels like this is a company that needs a thorough overhaul.
