Apart from arriving and leaving work on time, there are no other advantages. The manager surnamed Lin in the Transmission R&D department criticizes others all day and verbally bullies colleagues. I cannot see what he has done well or what kind of example he sets himself! He could be said to have a terrible reputation, but I do not know why the company does not deal with it. Clearly, they themselves do not have time to teach others, yet they say that others do not learn! The senior engineer in the same group is the same—six of one and half a dozen of the other. As the saying goes, what kind of people you are determines what kind of people you lead! This company is not very friendly when it comes to salary adjustments for new employees. There are many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they claim to be extremely busy; in reality, they assign all the projects to new hires. The pay is so low it is absolutely pathetic! There are many people who get by on connections without doing any work!! Really, very, very many! For some unknown reason, upper management would rather pay these people who do not work high salaries than raise the salary levels of new employees! Those who work seriously and have so many projects that it is unbearable take home less than 33,000 after deductions. In contrast, the salaries of those older employees who do not work are higher than one another! It feels like this is a company that needs a thorough overhaul.
