The supervisor surnamed Lin in the Transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. I cannot see what good qualities or exemplary behavior he himself has! He could be said to have a terrible reputation, yet I don't know why the company does not deal with it. They clearly do not have time to teach others, but instead say that others do not learn! The senior engineer in the same group is no different—six of one and half a dozen of the other. As the saying goes, the kind of person you are determines the kind of people you lead! This company is not very friendly when it comes to adjusting the salaries of new employees. There are a great many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they claim to be extremely busy; in reality, all the projects are assigned to newcomers. The salaries are ridiculously low! There are many people who rely on connections and do no work!! Really, so many! For some reason, upper management would rather pay these people who do no work high salaries than raise the salary levels of new employees! Those who work diligently and have so many projects that, after deductions, they take home less than 33,000, while the salaries of those long-serving employees who do no work are higher than one another! Overall, this seems to be a company that needs a thorough overhaul.
