The manager surnamed Lin in the Transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. It is impossible to see what positive contributions or exemplary behavior he himself has! He could be said to have a notorious reputation, but I do not know why the company does not take action. They clearly do not have time to teach others, yet they say that others do not learn! The senior engineer in the same group is the same—two of a kind. As the saying goes, what kind of person you are determines what kind of people you lead! This company is not very friendly when it comes to salary adjustments for new employees. There are many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet verbally claim to be extremely busy; in reality, all the projects are assigned to newcomers. The pay is also ridiculously low! There are many people who get by on connections without doing any work!! Really, so many, many, many! For reasons unknown, upper management would rather pay these nonperforming employees high salaries than raise the salary levels of newcomers! Those who work seriously and have so many projects that, after deductions, they take home less than 33,000, receive far less than the old employees who do not work, whose salaries are each higher than the last! This feels like a company that needs a thorough overhaul.
