Other than getting to and leaving work on time, there are no other advantages.
The manager surnamed Lin in the transmission R&D department spends all day criticizing others and verbally bullying colleagues. I can't see anything good about his own conduct or how he serves as a role model! He could be said to have a terrible reputation, but I don't know why the company doesn't take action. They clearly don't have time to teach others themselves, yet they say others don't learn! The senior engineer in the same group is just as bad—birds of a feather, as the saying goes; what kind of person leads what kind of people! This company is not very friendly when it comes to salary adjustments for new employees. There are a great many “senior employees” (senior engineers) who have nothing to do all day, yet they claim to be incredibly busy; in reality, they assign all the projects to newcomers. The pay is so low it’s ridiculous! There are many people who get by on connections and do no work!! Really, so many, many, many! For some reason, upper management would rather pay these people who do no work high salaries than raise the salary levels of new employees! Those who work hard and have so many projects that their take-home pay is under 33,000 after deductions, compared with those older employees who do no work, have salaries that are higher than one another! This feels like a company that really needs to be thoroughly reformed.
