After leaving, you’ll find that every other job is better than working at this company, often making people feel grateful toward their new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, the company makes you feel that it offers opportunities for development, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed empty promises.
2. The company creates too many groups, so you’re bombarded with messages all day. If you’re tagged and don’t reply, you’ll also get scolded.
3. Even when arranging days off, your privacy is questioned. You may be hassled for taking too many consecutive days off, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, those who bring in business have rights, while people without results are treated as the lowest level. Even when they are bullied, supervisors just fob them off; no matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A standard Chinese-funded corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
