After leaving, you’ll discover that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, the company makes you feel that it offers opportunities for development, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed the company’s empty promises.
2. The company creates too many group chats, so you’re bombarded with messages all day. If you’re tagged and don’t reply, you’ll be reprimanded.
3. Even when arranging days off, your privacy is questioned. Taking too many consecutive days off can also lead to difficulties, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, people with performance get rights and respect, while those without performance are bullied and supervisors merely fob off the situation. No matter what happens, it is always the business staff’s fault.
5. A textbook example of a mainland Chinese corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest level, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
