After leaving, you’ll realize that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, the company makes you feel that it has room for development, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed the company’s empty promises.
2. The company creates too many group chats, so you’re bombarded with messages all day. If you’re tagged and don’t reply, you’ll also be reprimanded.
3. Even when arranging days off, your privacy is questioned. Taking too many consecutive days off can lead to difficulties, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, employees with performance have rights. Even when employees without performance are bullied, supervisors just brush it off. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A typical mainland Chinese corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
