After leaving, you’ll realize that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, the company makes you feel that it has room for growth, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed empty promises.
2. The company creates too many groups, bombarding you with messages all day. If you don’t reply after being tagged, you’ll also be scolded.
3. Even taking scheduled days off involves intrusive questions about your privacy. Taking too many consecutive days off will also lead to being hassled, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, people with performance have rights. Even when people without performance are bullied, their supervisors simply fob it off. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A typical company with mainland Chinese corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest level, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
