After leaving, you’ll realize that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, the company makes you feel that it has room for growth, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are left endlessly consuming the empty promises the company makes.
2. The company creates too many groups, so you are bombarded with messages all day. If you are tagged and do not reply, you will be reprimanded.
3. Even when scheduling days off, your privacy is scrutinized. Taking too many consecutive days off can lead to difficulties, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, people with good performance have rights. Even if employees without performance are bullied, supervisors merely fob it off. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A typical Chinese-funded company culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
