After leaving, you realize that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly to newcomers. On the surface, it makes you feel that the company has room for growth, but in reality, senior employees suppress you and constantly feed you empty promises.
2. The company has set up too many groups, so you are bombarded with messages all day long. If you are tagged and do not reply, you will also be scolded.
3. Even taking scheduled days off involves being questioned about your privacy. Taking too many consecutive days off can still lead to being hassled, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, people with performance have rights. Even when people without performance are bullied, supervisors just fob it off; no matter what happens, it is always the salespeople's fault.
5. A typical Chinese-funded corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest level, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
