After leaving, you’ll realize that every other job is better than working at this company, often making you feel grateful toward your new company!
1. Unfriendly to newcomers. On the surface, they make you feel that the company has room for growth, but in reality, senior employees suppress you, while you endlessly consume the empty promises the company makes.
2. The company has created too many groups, so you are bombarded with messages all day. If you are tagged and do not reply, you will also be berated.
3. Even when arranging days off, your privacy is scrutinized. You may be hassled for taking too many consecutive days off, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, employees with sales results have rights. Even when people without sales results are bullied, supervisors just fob it off; no matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A standard Chinese-invested-company culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
