After leaving, you’ll discover that every other job is better than working at this company, often making people feel grateful toward their new company!
1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, they make you feel that the company has room for development, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed empty promises.
2. The company creates too many group chats, bombarding you with messages all day. If you are mentioned and do not reply, you will also be reprimanded.
3. Even scheduling days off involves prying into your privacy. You may be hassled for taking too many consecutive days off, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, people with results have rights, while those without results may be bullied and still receive only perfunctory handling from supervisors. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A textbook example of a Chinese-funded company culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can bully the sales staff.
