1. Unfriendly to newcomers. On the surface, they make you feel that the company has room for development, but in reality, senior employees suppress you, and you’re endlessly fed the empty promises the company uses to keep you going.
2. The company creates too many group chats, bombarding you with messages all day. If you’re tagged and don’t respond, you’ll be berated.
3. Even when arranging days off, your privacy is investigated. Taking too many consecutive days off can also lead to difficulties, and the rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, those who bring in results have rights. Even when people without results are bullied, their supervisors only fob them off. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A typical Chinese-invested-company culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
