1. Unfriendly toward newcomers. On the surface, they make you feel that the company has room for growth, but in reality, senior employees suppress newcomers, who are endlessly fed empty promises.
2. The company creates too many group chats, bombarding you with messages all day. If you are tagged and do not reply, you will also be reprimanded.
3. Even taking days off requires you to disclose your privacy, and taking too many consecutive days off will lead to unnecessary difficulties. The rules for using annual leave are very inhumane.
4. Within the company, those who bring in business have no rights. Even when people without performance are bullied, managers merely fob it off. No matter what happens, it is always the sales staff’s fault.
5. A typical mainland Chinese corporate culture: the people who make money for the company are treated as the lowest-ranking employees, and even ordinary assistants can suppress the sales staff.
