Cons
1. The workplace environment is very poor, and people like to loudly hurl insults
2. There are many elderly people, making communication difficult
3. The leave policy is troublesome; leave exceeding five days requires approval, and only one extended leave is allowed per year
4. There are many inefficient meetings
