Have to wear a uniform
Cons
1. The workplace environment is very poor, and people like to loudly hurl verbal abuse
2. There are many elderly people, making communication difficult
3. The leave policy is troublesome: taking more than five days off requires approval, and only one extended leave is allowed per year
4. There are many inefficient meetings
