Have to wear a uniform
Cons
1. The work environment is very poor, and people like to loudly berate others
2. There are many elderly people, making communication difficult
3. The leave regulations are troublesome: leave exceeding five days requires approval, and only one extended leave is allowed per year
4. There are many inefficient meetings
