Pros

I thought for three days and three nights, and I still couldn't think of anything.

Cons

It is indeed just as the previous reviews said: all the drawing software provided for employees to use is pirated. Every time we need to draw, we have to switch to offline mode. Although they clearly said they had three licensed copies of SolidWorks, they gave employees pirated versions instead. AutoCAD is the same—even though they had purchased legitimate licenses, it inevitably makes people wonder: do they want employees to bear the responsibility for using pirated software…?

Some of the machines were purchased from Taobao; that is also a fact. Packages from Taobao frequently arrive during work hours, and the people placing the orders are almost always the owner and his family. There are also many Taobao boxes beside the factory.

In addition, the owner is unusually emotionally sensitive, which I also experienced firsthand. He often stands beside employees and talks continuously for a long time—one or two hours at a stretch—seemingly very much in need of other people's attention…

He also becomes emotional very easily, and may even hurl abusive language, swear, and launch personal attacks. This made me repeatedly wonder whether he might have a mental illness, such as delusional disorder. He even said that insulting me was for my own good and told me to accept it humbly—an extreme form of emotional manipulation…😅

His communication skills are also exceptionally poor. He can describe a very simple matter in an extremely complicated way. Matters that could clearly be explained in just a few sentences have to be turned into a long-winded monologue, and he may even blame others for failing to grasp the main point. (All the employees have confirmed this.)

He often says that employees are always blaming others and criticizing them for not doing their jobs well. He says that he reflects on himself and never blames others.

I can only say that this is something you can experience for yourself—how ridiculous and ignorant it is.

People who talk too much are usually very insecure;

that description suits him perfectly.

This company also particularly likes hiring career changers, because their lack of relevant experience can be used to suppress market salary levels. They even often use this to mock employees, showing great disrespect toward people who genuinely want to change careers.

During work, employees often have to run errands, riding or driving their own vehicles. The listing on 104 says there is reimbursement, but in reality there is none at all. Everything written on 104 should really be taken with a grain of salt.

Overtime is routine. During the interview, they said they would not assign more than a day's worth of work, yet they often give employees tasks just before the end of the workday and then blame them for working too slowly.

The above is all based on my personal experience. If the factory's surveillance footage were reviewed, they should be able to find quite a few clips of me being personally attacked by others—but… if they have been deleted… what a pity that would be!

All I can say is: if you are thinking of joining this company, think it through carefully…

No wonder I was told at the time that this company was constantly hiring.

After all, its successor… is truly outstanding!
