Quite a few benefits are better than those offered by other companies. Employees with children can receive a monthly childcare allowance of NT$3,000 after successfully completing the probationary period. Upon joining, employees can already enjoy three days of annual leave after six months of service, as well as a birthday day off, two additional family days, an employee purchase program, coffee, snacks, and more.
The marketing manager is an old acquaintance of the owner and was brought in after the previous manager left. They have somewhat poor emotional management skills and do not provide new employees with complete training or a proper handover. Once they realize you are not the person they wanted, they begin emotionally blackmailing you and responding negatively, ultimately forcing people to leave.
