Data Center Operations Engineer (near Guiyang Street, Section 1)
Recommended for newcomers who don't mind shift work, including overnight shifts, and want to gain exposure to the field of data center monitoring.
There will be two interviews. (The following is based on prior work experience.)
1st interview: Dongyi; the interviewer was Ms. Chen from HR.
There was no written test. The process was very comfortable. Compared with most interviews, one good point was that they did not criticize or attack you. They asked some personal questions but explained the purpose. They also guided you on how to improve your résumé.
2nd interview: Officials, the person in charge, and the team leader from a government agency.
There was no written test. The process was very comfortable. Compared with most interviews, one good point was that they did not criticize or attack you. They asked briefly about the experiences listed on the résumé and raised more questions about gaps in work experience.
I'm not sure whether they were short-staffed, but the deadline for confirming your availability was somewhat tight.
