1. Hoping to enjoy a good meal at the annual company banquet.
2. I've been working here for over a year, but my salary has never been adjusted, and I've never received a year-end bonus.
1. The company absolutely loves holding meetings, but there is never an agenda or any discussion topics. Everything is very spontaneous, and meetings always last two or three hours.
2. The company's products are developed without thorough market research or marketing plans. There is a pile of unsold books that have been sitting around for four to five years.
3. Unfortunately, the unsold products are already difficult to sell, yet the company still demands sales results every month.
4. Long-term employees are often verbally abused, but perhaps because they need to make a living, they can only endure the insults without talking back. It's truly disheartening to see.
