Pros
The managers there include capable ones who are bad at leading people, moderately capable ones who are good at bluffing but will protect the team, and incompetent ones who leave you to clean up their messes.
Cons
The Department of Materials and Chemical Engineering doesn’t know when it will finally face up to a certain battery laboratory. That laboratory runs an operating deficit every year, yet I’ve heard that at departmental meetings, each person gets a meal costing over 1,000; does the group leader approve these expenses with their eyes closed?
