1) Supervisors give raises and promotions to whoever they like. They change policies whenever they want and are experts at making empty promises.
2) The digital bank is very good at advertising its benefits: a 1.5-month year-end bonus, performance reviews, and performance bonuses (not based on full salary). I have never seen the performance review scores and do not know how the bonuses are calculated. Only the supervisors receive a lot; those below them can only get a tiny, tiny, tiny share... just the leftovers. There is no technical allowance (NT$5K–10K, depending on job grade) during the first three months. After three months, you have to “remind” your supervisor to submit the approval before you can receive it; if you do not get it, it is not paid retroactively.
3) You have to front a lot of money, and it takes one to two months to get it back. They collect money very quickly but pay it back very slowly.
4) They like to recruit people with no experience, saying they can train them, and use this to bind them to contracts and treat them as disposable chopsticks.
5) The supervisor has no ability and only talks. After all, they got to that position by riding on someone’s coattails.
6) They are very good at PUA, but do not know it themselves.
