The colleagues are friendly and help each other.
The work itself isn’t difficult. As long as you’re good at selling things, you’ll have a very comfortable time.
The company places tremendous emphasis on performance. They say they want your professional judgment, but in reality, they just want you to find a way to sell things. Customers are becoming increasingly discerning (put bluntly, there are fewer people). First, they say that the frontline operations staff lack professional service, fail to attend to details, and don’t care enough about customers, leading to declining performance. But in fact, it’s the company’s strange policies that have created the current situation. Since this is reflected in the performance figures—well, there are only so many people; who exactly are we supposed to sell to?
To be honest, regardless of the position you apply for above, basically they just want you to be able to sell things. Whether you’re professional is secondary; as long as they receive the money, that’s all that matters. They’re just that mercenary!
My advice, especially if you’re a professional: I think there are better positions out there. Unless you really want to learn sales or you’re very good at selling things, this job is suitable for you!
