Otherwise, they take tofu, tofu pudding, and other soybean products out of the freezer and package them at room temperature outside the storage area, showing no concern whatsoever for food-storage conditions.)

The company specializes in the distribution of processed foods, including fresh products requiring soaking, frozen and refrigerated goods, as well as route delivery and other services. No one cares about or follows the required work-environment standards and requirements.
