Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting; all the supposed goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hide information at work, and the old-timers are all very redundant, treating you as an imaginary enemy from time to time.
3. The truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The environment and work atmosphere outside are great, so please don’t get cold feet.
4. The old-timers often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect the work, yet they know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are the long-serving old-timers who put on a friendly face while hiding ill intentions. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not apply in the old-timers’ eyes! They are best at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is treated like that at a foreign company; if they dislike you, the work is treated like that at a traditional manufacturing company.
