Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, disguised as superficial goodwill.
2. People hide information at work; long-tenured employees are often redundant and periodically treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t hesitate to leave.
4. Long-tenured employees often make an issue out of minor things that do not affect the work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-tenured employees who have been there for a long time and put on a friendly face. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself” does not exist in the eyes of long-tenured employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. Work is treated like that at a multinational corporation when they like you, and like that at a traditional industry company when they don’t.
