Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, with goodwill that is merely superficial
2. People conceal information at work; long-serving employees are often redundant and periodically treat you as an imaginary enemy
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are excellent, so please do not hesitate to leave
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect the work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have worked here for a long time and put on a smiling face while hiding their true intentions. Please be careful to avoid pitfalls
6. “Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards
7. If they like you, the workplace seems very much like a foreign company; if they do not, the work is like that of a traditional industry company.
