Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal strife, with goodwill that is merely for show.
2. People hide information at work; long-timers are often redundant and occasionally treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't hesitate to leave.
4. Long-timers often make trouble over minor issues that do not affect work, yet know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-timers who have been here a long time and put on a smiling face while acting like a two-faced tiger. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not apply in the eyes of the long-timers! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is treated like that at a foreign company; if they don't, it is treated like work at a traditional industry company.
