Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, all disguised as good intentions
2. People hoard work-related information; long-serving employees are often redundant and periodically treat you as an imaginary enemy
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t get cold feet
4. Long-serving employees often make trouble over minor issues that do not affect work, yet know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have been there for a long time and are smiling assassins. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you.” This principle does not exist in the eyes of long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is handled like at a foreign company; if they dislike you, it is handled like at a traditional industry company.
