Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal conflicts; all the supposed goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People conceal information at work. Long-serving employees are highly redundant and often treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. The truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t get cold feet.
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue of trivial matters that do not affect work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have worked here for a long time and hide behind a smiling face. Please be careful not to step on a land mine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. Work they approve of is treated like work at a multinational corporation; work they disapprove of is treated like work at a traditional industry company.
