Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal politics; all the goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People withhold information at work, and the long-timers are all extremely redundant, treating you as an imagined enemy from time to time.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't let inertia hold you back.
4. The long-timers often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect work, yet know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are the long-timers who have been there a long time and put on a friendly face. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself.” This principle does not exist in the eyes of the long-timers! They are experts at double standards.
7. Work is treated like that at a multinational company when they like you, and like that at a traditional industry company when they do not.
