Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, disguised as well-intentioned gestures
2. People withhold information at work; long-serving employees are often redundant and periodically treat you as an imagined enemy
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t hesitate to leave
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of minor things that do not affect work, while being unable to answer basic questions about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have been there for a long time and put on a friendly face. Please be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the workplace feels very much like a foreign company; if they do not, it feels like a traditional industry company.
