Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting; all the goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work and information; long-term employees are highly redundant and often treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t hesitate to leave.
4. Long-term employees often make an issue out of minor things that do not affect work, yet when asked about the actual work, they know nothing.
5. The most frightening are long-term employees who have worked here for a long time and put on a friendly face. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-term employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. Work that they approve of is treated like work at a foreign company; work they dislike is treated like work at a traditional local company.
