Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, all disguised as good intentions.
2. People withhold information at work; long-serving employees are often redundant and constantly treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't let your feet go numb.
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of minor things that do not affect work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are the long-serving employees who have worked here for a long time and are smiling vipers. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are masters of double standards.
7. If they like you, the work feels very much like that at a foreign company; if they don't, it feels like work at a traditional industry company.
