Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, all disguised as well-intentioned gestures
2. People hoard work-related information; long-serving employees are highly redundant and periodically treat you as an imagined enemy
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't let fear hold you back
4. Long-serving employees often make trouble over minor issues that do not affect work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. Long-serving employees who have worked here for a long time and put on a friendly face are the most frightening. Be careful not to step on landmines.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. Work they approve of feels very much like that at a foreign company; work they dislike is treated like that at a traditional industry company.
