Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal conflict; their goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work-related information, and long-serving employees are often redundant. From time to time, they treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are excellent, so please don't hesitate to leave.
4. Long-serving employees often make trouble over minor issues that do not affect the work, yet when asked about the actual work, they know nothing.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have worked here for a long time and put on a friendly face. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work seems very much like that at a foreign company; if they don't, the work is like that at a traditional industry company.
