Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal strife; all the supposed goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People conceal information at work, and long-serving employees are extremely redundant. From time to time, they treat you as an imaginary enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are excellent, so please don’t let fear hold you back.
4. Long-serving employees often make trouble over minor issues that do not affect the work, while they know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have worked there for a long time and put on a friendly face. Please be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are masters of double standards.
7. If they like you, the workplace seems very much like a foreign company; if they dislike you, the work is treated like that of a traditional industry company.
