Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal conflict; all the goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work-related information. Long-serving employees are often redundant and periodically treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't hesitate to leave.
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have worked there for a long time and wear a friendly face while harboring ill intentions. Be careful not to step on a land mine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of these long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the workplace feels very much like a foreign company; if they don't, it feels like a traditional manufacturing company.
