Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting, masked by superficial goodwill
2. People hide information at work; long-serving employees are often redundant and occasionally treat you as an imagined enemy
3. The truly capable survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t get cold feet
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect the work, while knowing nothing when asked about the work itself.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have been there for a long time and put on a smiling face. Please be careful not to step on landmines.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. When they like you, the workplace feels very much like a foreign company; when they do not, it is like a traditional industry company.
